“After five years of engaging with over 50s in Sheffield and Rotherham through Wild at Heart, we wanted to share some of the inspiring stories that have emerged along the way for an important ‘green prescribing’ event. We chose Definition to produce a series of films to show how connecting people with nature can help improve their lives, and I’m so glad we did.
