The PathLAKE consortium, comprising some of the nation’s leading digital and computational innovators from NHS and academia, have formed a computational hub to drive AI innovation in pathology. PathLAKE tasked Definition Media with filming an expert talkng to camera to outline the benefits of computer assisted (AI) diagnosis, and creating short, animated segments to help illustrate key points.

Mentice asked us to create a video about their online learning centre, so we liaised closely with a cameraman in Sweden to shoot the footage, agreeing on the shots needed and the shooting style. We then edited the footage, to create a main version of the video, then some shorter cut downs -one of which is above.

To celebrate their twentieth year Mentice asked us to create a video showcasing the wide range of people helping to drive their company forward. Initially they wanted a seven minute video to use internally at their annual conference. Then, because it received great feedback, we were asked to create a shorter version to share publicly.

Having already produced a number of case studies and testimonial videos for Mentice, they asked us to create a product demo video for their new portable medical simulator, VIST ONE TEE. The video combines motion graphics and interview footage. A number of shorter videos were also created to use on social media.

Case study videos are a great tool to help potential customers learn more about your products from people already using them. Definition Media were commissioned to record how the Neuroradiology Department at The University of Munich have used Mentice’s specialist equipment to bring endovascular simulations into their daily practice. The output included a detailed main video and a number of shorter videos covering specific points.

Global medical simulation company, Mentice, asked us to produce a video to support a pitch they were presenting in Sweden.

We produced two versions – one, two and a half minutes in length and a longer, more in-depth version.

Hilotherm provides post-operative treatment equipment that helps patients recovering from surgery. We were asked to produce a series of how-to videos that teach patients how to use the equipment in their own homes.

Mentice asked Definition Media to make a video of the PAE workshop held at University Hospital Southampton.

The event brought together Interventional Radiologists from around the UK to be part of a groundbreaking workshop that included using the simulators.

Having previously created a number of event films for Ascom, this time we were asked to produce a series of video case studies – of hospitals using their wireless technology.

In this example, we filmed in the Children’s Ward at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.
